Josh Levy


Josh Levy is an associate with Josephs Jack where he practices in the area of complex civil litigation and specializes in insurance defense litigation, insurance bad faith claims, insurance coverage disputes, legal malpractice, negligent security, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Levy practices in state and federal courts, both at the trial and
appellate levels. 

Mr. Levy was born and raised in Miami graduating from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 1991.  He earned a bachelor's degree in foreign affairs and Russian studies from the University of Virginia in 1996.  Following graduation, Mr. Levy worked for the United States government in the District of Columbia, Moscow, Russia, and Warsaw, Poland as a specialist in the field of international development.

In 1999, Mr. Levy was admitted to The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC.  In 2000, Mr. Levy worked as law clerk for the Honorable Stephen Glickman of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the District's highest court.  Mr. Levy was also a research assistant to Professor Lawrence Mitchell in 2000 and 2001 in the fields of securities litigation and corporate finance.
