Stephanie
E. Demos
Stephanie Demos is a partner in the law firm of
Josephs Jack. She practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis
on Commercial Litigation, Professional Malpractice (legal), Personal Injury
and Insurance Defense.
Stephanie is a South Florida native. She was born and raised in Miami. She
received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Florida and
her Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University, with honors.
Stephanie is a former Dade County Assistant State Attorney, and a Founding
Member and Board Member of the League of Prosecutors. She recently served
as Vice-Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. She is "A"
rated by Martindale and Hubbell and was recently awarded the John Edward
Smith Award for Child Advocacy.
She has served on the faculty of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
She is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the
Cuban American Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers,
the Dade County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Stephanie E. Demos has been appointed as a member of the Legal Needs of Children Committe of the Florida Bar.
